The lemon groves
Between Limone sul Garda and Toscolano Maderno it is possible to visit several “limonaie”, ancient greenhouses for citrus plants – in Campione, Gargnano, and Gardone Riviera. During a guided tour, visitors will learn about the different citrus fruits and cultivation methods. In Limone you can visit three of these citrus greenhouses: Limonaia del Castel, Limonaia di Villa Borghi, and Limonaia del Tesol.

Dreaming of an indulgent break around Lake Garda? Follow one of the many food and wine itineraries of the Strada dei vini e dei sapori del Garda. Founded in 2001, the association now encompasses about 100 wineries, restaurants, oil mills, and companies that produce traditional specialties and allows wine lovers, gourmets, and culture enthusiast to disover the most authentic side of Lake Garda in Italy. All itineraries can be followed by car or by bicycle.
Boat tours on northern waters of Lake Garda
A boat tour allows you to discover the villages on the northern shores of Lake Garda from a different perspective. By purchasing a day ticket you start in Riva del Garda, head towards Torbole and Malcesine, and end your tour in Limone sul Garda. The journey takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. During the excursion it is possible to get off the boat and visit the different villages.
By cable car from Malcesine to Monte Baldo
From Malcesine, which is located just 30 km from our 5-star L hotel on Lake Garda, you can take the cable car to Monte Baldo, from where you can enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the lake. Monte Baldo also offers several hiking and mountain bike trails as well as the possibility to go paragliding or visit a hut and enjoy excellent local food specialties.
Museo dell’olio d’oliva in Bardolino
Inside this museum, dedicated entirely to the precious olive oil, visitors will find a historical and didactic tour that encompasses nine rooms and gives a complete overview of the cultivation, harvesting, and pressing of olives. It is also possible to take part in guided tours in different languages and purchase a wide variety of olive oils in the shop.
Parco Giardino Sigurtà
Located in Valeggio sul Mincio, this park covers more than 600,000 m2 and enchants visitors of all ages with its lakes, avenues, and hundreds of different flowers and plants. You can visit the park on foot, with a little train, electric shuttles, or golf carts. Inside the park there are various catering facilities and snack bars.
