Fine Dining SENSO

This restaurant on Lake Garda is characterised by the extraordinary architecture of the dining hall, which is suspended above the waters of Lake Garda. Thanks to the splendid view of the calm waters of the lake and the open kitchen, a dinner in the EALA’s fine dining Senso becomes an experience that involves the eyes as much as the palate.

The philosophy interpreted by the menu is reflected in the Italian style, in the simplicity, and in the unique taste of the dishes, made with products from small production companies that are committed to the sustainability of the territory.

Fine dining SENSO by EALA offers one tasting menu. To complete the culinary offer, our exclusive restaurant on Lake Garda offers three Pairings designed with wine, beers, juices and centrifuged. 

The experience is completed by a glass wine cellar that exhibits a special selection of labels from the viticulture of the Alps. Two ceremonies at the end of the meal; both composed at the table directly, one dedicated to coffee and one dedicated to tea.

The fine dining SENSO is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. also for external guests and upon reservation.
